Assessment

ESI individual assessment, can be completed, by administering candidates the psychometric and aptitude tests. ESI is a certified pratictioner of the Thomas International testing and can dispense the following tests:

PPA - Personal Profile Analysis - understand a person’s working behaviours, their strengths and limitations, communication style, value to the business and what motivates them.

GIA - General Intelligence Assessment - an insight into a person’s horsepower and how quickly they can learn and retain new skills to reliably predict their potential in a new role.

TEIque - Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire - an in-depth understanding a person’s emotional intelligence.

HPTI - High Potential Trait Indicator - helps identify leadership potential by exploring a person’s personality traits.
